Last updated: 4 November 2026

These are the terms for our Black Friday 2026 prize draw. If you enter, you agree to them. Nothing here changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The short version

Spend at Black Sheep between 12pm AEST on 4 November and the end of 30 November 2026. Every whole $1 is one entry. One winner is drawn. If you live in Australia, you choose a trip to Adelaide or a year of kit. If you live overseas, you receive a year of kit.

1. Who runs it

The promoter is Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd (ABN 89 606 647 241), trading as Black Sheep Cycling and Black Sheep, of The Woolshed, 15 Helen Street, Teneriffe QLD 4005, Australia.

2. When it runs

Entries open at 12pm AEST (1pm AEDT) on Wednesday 4 November 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026. An order counts by the time it was processed.

3. Who can enter

You can enter if you are 18 or over when you order. You can enter from anywhere we ship.

You can't enter or win if you are:

• an employee or contractor of Black Sheep, or their immediate family
• a Black Sheep ambassador
• buying through a wholesale account

4. How to enter

Place an order at Black Sheep online during the entry period. You don't need to do anything else. Signing up to our emails doesn't get you an entry.

Every whole $1 of products you pay for is one entry, so $25 is 25 entries and $400 is 400 entries.

• Entries are worked out per order, in Australian dollars, on what you paid after discounts and including GST. Cents are rounded down. Orders in other currencies count at their Australian dollar value.
• Paying with a gift card or store credit earns entries.
• Buying a gift card doesn't earn entries. Nor do shipping, custom kit, team store orders, or test or cancelled orders.
• All orders under one email address count as one person. We ignore differences such as capital letters, so you can't enter separately by changing how you write your email.

5. Returns

If you return something for a refund or store credit, its entries come off. We count your entries on the day of the draw, so a return after that day doesn't change them.

6. The prize

There is one prize and one winner.

• If you live in Australia, you choose either prize below.
• If you live overseas, you receive a year of kit.

We treat you as living where your latest order in the entry period was shipped. We may ask for proof.

A trip to Adelaide. For one person, 22 to 24 January 2027: return flights from any Australian capital city, a hotel in Adelaide, and Black Sheep kit. The dates are fixed. If you can't travel on them, you can take a year of kit instead.

A year of kit. Four Black Sheep kits over 12 months, for riding or running. We'll agree the kits and sizes with you, and send them at our cost.

The prize can't be swapped for cash or passed to someone else. If something outside our control means we can't provide part of a prize, we'll give you something of equal or greater value.

7. The draw

The draw is at 12pm AEST on Tuesday 15 December 2026 at The Woolshed, 15 Helen Street, Teneriffe QLD 4005. A computer system picks the winner at random from all valid entries, so the more entries you have, the better your chance. We keep a record of each draw so it can be checked.

8. If you win

We'll contact you by phone and email, using the details on your order, within 2 business days of the draw. You'll need to reply within 14 days and may need to show proof of your age and identity.

We will never ask for your bank or card details. If someone says you've won and asks for them, it isn't us.

If you don't reply in time, or you turn out not to be eligible, we'll draw again at 12pm AEST on Tuesday 5 January 2027 at the same address. We'll contact the new winner the same way.

We'll publish the winner's first name, last initial and state or country on this page after the draw.

9. Fair play

We can disqualify anyone who cheats or tampers with the draw, including by placing orders just to return them. If something outside our control affects the draw, we may change, pause or cancel it, as far as the law allows. If a regulator requires it, we'll follow its directions.

10. Your information

We use your order details to run the draw, contact the winner and meet our legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

11. Other Black Friday prizes

Other Black Friday promotions have their own terms, which we'll add here before they start. They don't change this draw.

12. The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions? Email info@blacksheepcycling.cc.
