What is your MOQ?
Minimums are 10 units per style (i.e. Team SS Jersey) and combined across genders
What is production time?
Production typically takes 5-8 weeks from final design approval and confirmation.
Can we mix 360 and Pinnacle products?
Yes, you can combine 360 and Pinnacle garments within one project.
Do you have a Design Fee?
Yes. A $300 design fee is charged prior to project commencement.
This is then credited at order.
Can we use our own design?
Yes, but our staff still need to layout on our templates with the Design Fee still applying, credited at order.
Do you offer a team store?
Yes. We build password protected stores for individual ordering and delivery. MOQ of 30 units required.
Can you match specific brand colours?
Yes. We print using Pantone references for accurate, consistent brand colours.
Are garments the same as retail?
Yes. All custom pieces use our retail garments without compromise.
Do you provide sizing support?
Yes. We provide size guides and support to ensure accurate team ordering.
Can we reorder later?
Yes. We retain artwork files for streamlined reordering. Design Fee will apply for any changes.
Do you offer running apparel?
Yes. Custom Projects covers cycling and running performance apparel categories.
Can businesses use Custom Projects?
Yes. We partner with corporate teams, events and global brand activations.
