Femmes Fantasy League by Black Sheep — Competition Rules

These Competition Rules govern Femmes Fantasy League by Black Sheep (the Competition). The Competition is a free fantasy cycling game operated by Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd, ABN 89 606 647 241, of 15 Helen St, Teneriffe QLD 4005, Australia (the Promoter).

The Competition is independent. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or affiliated with, Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.), Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, Tissot, the Union Cycliste Internationale, any participating trade team or any of their partners. Event and team names are used only to identify the sporting event and participating riders.

By submitting an entry, you agree to these Rules and acknowledge the Game Privacy Notice. The version applying to your entry is FFL-RULES-2026-07-21-v1.

1. Who can enter

Entry is open only to a natural person who, at the time of entry:

• is ordinarily resident in, and physically located when entering in, Australia; New Zealand; Canada excluding Quebec; England, Scotland or Wales excluding Northern Ireland; Switzerland; Singapore; or one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia;
• is at least 18 years old;
• has a verified Black Sheep Shopify customer account in their own name;
• submits only one entry through that account; and
• is able to provide reasonable proof of age, identity, account ownership and residence if selected for a prize.

Employees and officers of the Promoter, contractors directly involved in operating or judging the Competition, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to win. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify an entry that does not satisfy these requirements.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Entry is free, although ordinary internet or mobile-data charges may apply. This is a contest of skill. Winners are determined only by the published scoring rules and deterministic tie-breaks; no winner is selected by chance. The fixed prize pool is funded by the Promoter and does not depend on entries or purchases.

For the United States, entry is limited to legal residents of the 50 states and District of Columbia who are 18 or older and physically located there when entering. United States territories and possessions are excluded.

2. Competition period

Entries open at 12:00 am AEST on Saturday, 25 July 2026 (2:00 pm UTC on 24 July 2026). The calendar date and instant are authoritative.

Entries close at the following single instant:

• 1 August 2026 at 9:40 pm AEST;
• 1 August 2026 at 1:40 pm CEST; and
• 1 August 2026 at 11:40 am UTC.

The UTC time is the server-authoritative deadline. The browser countdown is a display aid only. An entry or update is valid only when the game server confirms it before the deadline. Starting a save, taking a screenshot or retaining an unsaved browser draft does not create or update an entry.

The Promoter may close entries earlier only where reasonably necessary for integrity, safety, legal compliance or an official schedule change. Any material change will be published on the Competition page as soon as reasonably practicable.

3. How to enter

During the Competition period, an eligible entrant must:

1. sign in with their Black Sheep Shopify customer account;
2. provide a fantasy-team name and two-letter country-of-residence code;
3. select exactly seven published riders;
4. keep the team within the 100-credit budget;
5. select no more than two riders from one trade team;
6. predict the final overall race winner and the final winning margin in whole seconds;
7. confirm that they meet the published age and territory requirements;
8. accept these Rules and acknowledge the Game Privacy Notice; and
9. receive a successful save confirmation from the game server.

Marketing consent is optional, separate from Competition entry and not a condition of entering or winning.

4. Team names and account integrity

Team names must be between 3 and 40 characters, must not impersonate another person or organisation, and must not be unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory or otherwise reasonably considered offensive. The Promoter may moderate, hide or require a replacement team name without changing the entrant's score.

Only one entry is permitted per verified customer account and per person. Entrants must not use multiple accounts, another person's account, automated tools, false residence information or any method intended to manipulate entry, scoring or the leaderboard.

5. Rider pool, pricing and replacements

Rider availability and prices are published by the Promoter in a versioned rider pool. A rider may be labelled provisional, expected or confirmed before the final official start list is reconciled.

If a provisional or expected rider is not on the final approved start list, the Promoter may remove that rider from selection. Before entries close, an affected entrant must choose their own replacement and remain within all team rules. The Promoter will not assign an automatic replacement.

If a rider was confirmed at the deadline but later does not start, does not finish, is disqualified or is placed outside the time limit, that rider receives only the points, if any, produced by the published scoring rules and official result. A confirmed rider who does not start after entries close scores zero. Teams cannot replace riders after the deadline.

6. Scoring

The first release scores official stage finishing positions only:

An entry's overall score is the sum of stage-finish points earned by its seven selected riders across all nine published stages. There are no transfers, substitutions, captains, Stage Star multipliers or classification bonuses in this version unless they are added to approved Rules before entries open.

Scoring uses the official result approved by the Promoter's race operator. Leaderboards may be labelled provisional while results are reconciled. If the official result is corrected, the Promoter may recalculate points and publish a corrected leaderboard while retaining an audit record of the earlier result.

7. Tie-breaks

If two or more entrants finish on the same overall score, their order is determined by:

1. correct prediction of the final overall race winner;
2. if still tied, the smallest absolute difference between the predicted and official final winning margin; and
3. if still tied, the earliest valid server-confirmed entry before the deadline.

The selected stage prizes use the overall tie-break in this section, applied after Stage 9. Stage-prize winners may therefore be confirmed only after the final official overall result is available.

8. Prizes

The approved prize pool is AUD $3,000 in Black Sheep product credit (approximately USD $2,000 at the 21 July 2026 valuation date). All binding prize values are stated in Australian dollars.

Unless these Rules state otherwise:

• a person may win more than one prize;
• product credit is issued in AUD for the Australian Black Sheep storefront;
• product credit is not redeemable for cash, cannot be sold and is subject to the disclosed store-redemption conditions;
• product credit does not expire;
• the Promoter will cover standard delivery to an address in the winner's eligible territory and unavoidable import duty or tax needed to receive products purchased solely with prize credit;
• no fee is payable to claim a prize;
• any amount spent above the prize credit, optional express delivery and any personal tax consequence unrelated to delivery are the winner's responsibility. The Promoter may require tax-identification information and issue any tax form required by law; and
• if a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may offer a substitute of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and the winner's agreement where required.

9. Winner verification and fulfilment

The Promoter will contact potential winners using the contact details attached to their verified Black Sheep customer account. A potential winner must respond within 14 calendar days and provide reasonable evidence of eligibility.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond in time, cannot verify eligibility or is disqualified, the Promoter may award the prize to the next eligible entrant under the same ranking and tie-break method, subject to applicable law.

The public leaderboard displays a moderated fantasy-team name, rank and points. A winner's real name, image, interview or other personal information will be published only where required by law or with the winner's permission.

10. Race changes, outages and corrections

If a stage is postponed, shortened, neutralised, cancelled or materially changed, the Promoter will use the official result that it reasonably determines is final and suitable for consistent scoring. A stage with no official finishing classification may score zero for all entrants.

The Promoter may pause entry, scoring or leaderboard publication to investigate an outage, data discrepancy, suspected manipulation or obvious error. It will not treat an unsaved browser state as an entry. Where reasonably possible, material corrections and their effect on scoring will be explained on the Competition page.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant or entry where it reasonably believes the entrant has breached these Rules, supplied false information, used multiple accounts, interfered with the game, exploited an error, engaged in unlawful conduct or attempted to obtain an unfair advantage. The Promoter will act reasonably and consistently and may request further information before deciding.

12. Changes, suspension or cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition if an event outside its reasonable control prevents it from operating fairly, safely or lawfully. This includes official race cancellation, material data-source failure, cyber incident or a legal/regulatory direction. The Promoter will preserve valid entries and award prizes on the published results where reasonably possible.

13. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Rules excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, entrants are responsible for their own device, connection and account security, and the Promoter is not responsible for loss caused by an entrant's failure to complete a valid server-confirmed save.

14. Privacy

The Promoter handles Competition information as described in the Game Privacy Notice below, version FFL-PRIVACY-2026-07-21-v1. Competition administration and optional marketing consent are separate.

15. Governing law and contact

These Rules are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place, subject to any non-excludable rights available where they live.
